Meet Erica
Psychotherapist, ADHD-Consultant
Hi, I'm Erica—an ADHD Consultant and Psychotherapist and I am intimately familiar with the challenges of navigating a world that often struggles to understand the ADHD brain. I know that with the right tools and with compassionate guidance, you can embrace your unique neurodiversity, master ADHD-related challenges, and THRIVE.
As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), I have undergone specialized training to enhance my understanding of ADHD and its impact on individuals' lives. Moreover, my psychotherapy training allows me to have a deep understanding of human behavior, emotions, and mental health. My combined areas of expertise allow me to address not only the practical aspects of ADHD management but also the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals.
I offer a comprehensive, holistic approach to help you thrive with ADHD. I integrate mindfulness practices, emotional regulation techniques, a strengths-based perspective, and traditional CBT strategies. This comprehensive approach is designed to empower individuals with ADHD to embrace their neurodiversity, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.
Additionally, I am a former researcher and scientist. I wrote several grants and many scientific papers. Given this background, I often encourage clients to experiment and non-judgmentally learn from their wins AND 'failures.' Personally, I bring my deep love of nature, my own mindfulness practices, and my innate playfulness to the table. These aspects of who I am are woven into my approach, creating a dynamic and inviting pathway of self-exploration for my clients.
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey with ADHD, let's connect! I offer a free breakthrough call where we identify your ADHD-related challenges and brainstorm the next best steps overcome them. My goal in working with you is to help you navigate the quirks of your neurodiversity so you can create a life that embraces ADHD as a unique and beautiful part of who you are.
I look forward to walking along beside you on your journey of self-discovery, growth, and mindfulness. And as you learn to live each day with confidence and joy.
