Initial Evaluation

Service Description

The first session (90 minutes) will include a comprehensive health history, an overview of your life, and an exploration of your vision and what you would like to have happen in your life. By the end of the first session, I will provide initial feedback and recommendations about how I can support you. Over the course of the next couple of sessions we will collaborate to create a plan tailored to you that defines the scope of our work together and with specific goals.
