ADHD Thrive is my signature 5 step system that will give you the tools and support you need to move from overwhelm to ease.

These quarterly cohorts are designed to help you get unstuck and create the right pathway towards thriving.

The first session (90 minutes) will include a comprehensive health history, an overview of your life, and an exploration of your vision and what you would like to have happen in your life.

By the end of the first session, I will provide initial feedback and recommendations about how I can support you.

Over the course of the next couple of sessions we will collaborate to create a plan tailored to you that defines the scope of our work together and with specific goals.

Once we define a tentative timeline for your specific plans and goals I will support you as you move towards your goals.

Our work together will include attuning to your innate wisdom, drawing on inner strengths and resources, practicing compassionate and mindful awareness, and expressing your authentic vision and more traditional psychotherapy work where I use specific modalities to help you gently releasing negative patterns or stuck trauma.

Based upon your needs, we'll craft the exact support you want.
